汪柏成

1983年出生於苗栗的汪柏成，從小在台南生長，2005年畢業於私立大葉大學-造形藝術系泥塑組 ，並於2010年從國立交通大學-建築研究所畢業︒
東方藝術的推進源自「演化」，不同於西方藝術的進程源自「革命」︒汪柏成自出道便體認「古典」即「當代」，其創作脈絡源自華夏文化︒只在乎觀點如何被表現，本質如何被再現︒
集東西方古典繪畫︑書道︑篆刻︑雕塑︑建築學養於一身的汪柏成，保留水墨精神氣蘊，以觀念藝術呈現抽象時間概念被視覺化於空間︒造化出極具個人韻律性的視覺面貌︒

Wang Bo-Cheng  
1983 Born in Miaoli, and grew up in Tainan, Taiwan
Oriental arts progresses through an “evolution” unlike Western arts where progress is driven by “revolution.” Wang Bo-Cheng knew from the beginning of his career that the “classical” and “con-temporary” are but opposite sides of the same coin, and traditional Chinese culture served as his creative backdrop. To him, what truly mattered was how perspectives are presented and how the essence can be captured.
A student of painting, calligraphy, seal carving, sculpture, and architecture in both the Asian and Western classical traditions, Wang continued to embrace the spirit of ink wash paintings by using Conceptual art to present the spatial visualization of time
as an abstract concept. The result is a visual appearance with a unique rhythm.
