Vug

Born in 1988.
He was encouraged by the applaud on the works he did at the age of 4.  
Graffiti was the inspiration of different views toward the world while he self-taught drawing skills. He expresses his individual visual creations not only thru drawing but collage, tattoos, and fashion.  “My work is like a diary to me, with a sense of meaninglessness and discomfort, or a fraction of my own daily life.

In 2019, vug revealed a 100-meter installation in BOILER ROOM NAGOYA, expanding his artistic expression beyond the canvas. He has also held various vibrant solo exhibitions in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kyoto. After the positive response at ART TAIPEI 2022, vug decided to come to Taiwan in 2023 to hold his first solo exhibition at Taipei TARTCH from May 10 to June 10.
